Don't think I'll manage as Im up to my eyes in Uni work, roll on June till it's all done! Sounds good though and I hope you get a really good turnout. ;D |

Anyone planning on coming please can you email me with details of you and your horse in hand or ridden (or both !) or if you are coming to spectate. And also what level / plans you have with your horse, so I can set the groups.

I popped up to the venue at the weekend and the new "coverall" arena is just fab. The cafe/bar and shop overlooks the arena and is very cosy and brand new. There is even a plasma tv with sports on for anyones other half that "have" to come !!! Also checked out the scrummy chocolate cake, and can totally recommend it ;D

Susan, I will email you seperately but I'd love to come. I just need to decide if I can bring a horse, or if my OH and I will come and spectate!!
I'd love to bring Merlyn, but he has a huge splint at the moment and although it has gone down a good way, I'm not sure that Ian would be hugely impressed at seeing it!

ribrabs, it would be good experience for your boy to come along, Ian is not there to "judge" the horse but to help us for the showring, go on bring your lovely boy, splints do have a habit of disappearing and getting smaller with time !!!

Sounds like fun. I'll bring him then and learn hopefully how to present him properly for In Hand Showing. He is very hairy and although will be clean, won't be in show turnout!!

Excellent ;D My new girlie is also resembling a hairy teddy bear just now, so you wont be alone Come on guys I need more in hand and ridden horses for the clinic, give it a go, this is open to all and is a great way to learn and give you and your horses some invaluable experience. Excellent for novice horses as I will group those with the same experience together . No one will be judging you if your horse is not in "show" condition and is hairy. This is more about giving our members the benefit of professional help, when they do venture out to show  as well as the seasoned competitors coming along to get help from the profesionals ;D |

Now got a really good mix of horses coming along to the clinic ;D Can still take a few more for in hand and ridden. And unlimited spectators Should be a really good day ;D Looking for raffle prizes if anyone would like to donate anything please let me know. thanks |

I'm going as a spectator. Really looking forward to it ;D Also will have some of the Groups Merchandise available for sale during the lunch break. So bring your cheque book in case you see something you might like to buy........ |
