600 denier breathable rip stop 'Cordura style outer material, featuring enhanced tear and abrasion resistance with long lasting durability.
The fabric is constructed from quality yarns woven in the classic 2x2 basket weave construction for strength and finished to withstand the rigours of equestrian use.
The rugs features hollow fill insulation in a choice of weights, 100gm, 200gm, 3400gm, or 400gm, all with coat polishing anti static nylon lining. Cotton or fleece linings to order.
Cross surcingles in traditional low slung American style cross surcingles with seamless back and rear pleats to prevent stitch leakage. Bound in soft feel , but strong acrylic binding.
In addition to the cut back wither and fold back shoulder adjustments, the rug features removable leg straps and fillet string/dock loops. D rings are incorporated for the attachment of a neck cover if desired.
With specially designed tail flap to allow for the Arab's natural high tail carriage.
***These outdoor rugs are designed to limit the damage a standard neck can cause to the mane in the wither area, the cut of these rugs may allow some wet around this area so they are not designed to be used for horses who may be out in wet conditions for long periods of time we do however offer a neck cover which attaches to the rug.
Optional turnout neck covers are available, again designed with maintaining the mane in good condition. The neck cover is lined with anti static matching rug lining however our optional silky anti rub material, specifically used to minimise rubs can be used. This is the same material we use in our show rugs to minimise disturbance to quarter markings during transit and our best selling Silky anti rub vest.
Turnout colours available: Black, Royal, Navy, Red, Green, Lilac and Purple.
