Another question ,sorry!!! What is the rules for trimming pure breds. I dont normally trim anything , but are you allowed to trim feathers on fetlock for example???
I know the whiskers must be left, or so Im led to believe......
thanks in advance susan

I don't trim anything at all on Monarque, never have and definately won't be doing the bridle path thing. Its a personal thing I guess but I think since the rules are au natural for a pure bred then best they are left that way. I suppose if you show at the more professional level then be a sheep and follow the trend. This is just my opinion.

No trimming of whiskers around the muzzle or eyes. I trim feathers & beard though

I trimmed Po's feathers last year and hated it, never again. I like them with their feathers

I trim fetlocks, jawline and down the edge of ears(not inside) there isn't exactly much to trim but it just sharpens everything up L.x
