What do you all do if you are showing in hand and ridden for your clothes? Do you just stick to your ridden gear to do the inhand as well. The ridden classes are straight after one of my classes so it would be an awful rush to change. What do you all do?!

I would put my jods on under my in hand trousers so i didnt have to change those, and if you're going to be really rushed for time, show in your shirt & tie Do you have someone to help you change at the side of the ring? You could also tell the judge, so that she is aware & can wait for you in the ridden class

i do the same as Kath, but i normally have shirt & tie and either waistcoat or jacket on anyway but if you tell the steward & or judge that you will be back in for the ridden most understand and will wait till you get ready but you do have to be quick at a push it wouldnt matter if you were in your riding kit for showing in-hand, it is the horse thats being judged

I agree with the others regarding Jodphurs under your in hand trousers. I would put trousers on though as i have missed out on First place because i was in riding atire for an inhand class, and the judge actually said that had i been correctly turned out myself for inhand i would have won the class as the line between the horse which was placed first and myself in second was incredibly fine and it was my atire which let us down. So i've never done it again
