Anyone know of a supplier in the Aberdeen area who still has small bales of decent hay? I ordered 30 from Ugie Valley on Tuesday saying would need them by the weekend, rang again on Tuesday to say MUST have them by Saturday (yes, no problem) - to be told lunchtime Saturday it wouldn't be til Monday! By which time I had no hay.
I managed to get a couple of bales from a friend, but don't want to be messed around again so am trying to source hay now for the future. My usual supplier ran out early this year and his won't be ready for a bit, but I'll be OK over the winter. Normally we wouldn't be needing much in the summer but we have 3 in at night and 1 in all the time at the moment since Gus is poorly, and have got through 30 in less than a month (gulp).
